Just good show.
Most of all I liked Pedram's act with TARO cards, it was original and fresh.
Zakris's act (photos of phobias) was not bad too though I agree with Uri that it would be better to take the spider out of the glass box.
And there was one act which I didn't like at all - ΝΕΟΦΥΤΟΣ's - guns with nails.
I have seen this act before in other shows but this time it was especially disgusting, and the mentalist looked like an idiot-masochist.
There was no "drama" in this act like Uri said, it was just an awful, stupid and detestable perfomance.
I am sorry about this mentalist because he is handsome, charismatic and could show something better. Maybe had had no choice and simply couldn't choose another act.
Again I knew Uri's decision before he called names of 2 mentalists.
I just hoped that ΝΕΟΦΥΤΟΣ will stay but it seems that all audience disliked his last act. I am sorry, ΝΕΟΦΥΤΟΣ.

Ο διάδοχος του Uri Geller November 21
Great show. This time I enjoyed absolutely all acts, every minute of the perfomance.
It'd be hard to say who of contestants was the best this evening but Pedram's act with scorpions impressed me most. And "yogi" Sankara's act with "papyrus" looked very beautiful, very well performed. It's a pity that Sankara left the show.
Vilentoni's Gioconda and Kary Novel were also very good and convincing.
As for Uri's "telepathic message" - he sent the star again like in French or another show before. I suppose that most people always select star, it is not telepathy.
But I have got another, really telepathic message from Uri - when he looked at the contestants and decided which 2 impressed him the least I understood his decision (Sankara and Vilentoni) before Uri called their names! The same had happened last time with Godfather. So telepathy really exists, and I can read mind!

Ο διάδοχος του Uri Geller October 31
Really enjoy this blue light. It creates a mysterious atmosphere.
Well, I liked this perfomance though nobody of contestants managed to amaze me. But I have chosen my favourite - The Godfather! He is very charismatic, handsome and looks like Jesus Christ. Though his act (Shadows) could be better. I expected from him more than just touching girls by stick.
As for other contestants, I liked Costas Costa who made a man "lucky" by magic watch and helped him to "win" in a lottery. The act was funny, original and very positive.
I also liked Nefesch from El Salvador (act "Dreams" with telepathy and drawing - he "read" and drew dreams of a girl.) The act was beautiful, and I am sorry that Uri turned him out.
ΓΙΩΡΓΟΣ's act (he guessed in what hand is a stone) was simple but funny and not bad. Amila performed this act in German show.
I liked beginning of "yogi" Sankara's act - nice video about the contestant, and i was really impressed and even a little scared to see so many snakes. But I suppose that the snakes were not venomous as than man took them by hands. Besides this the table looked too suspicious, like there was an automatic machine inside, and snakes could fall into it and come back when it is necessary. To my mind there were no snakes at all when Sankara poked holes in the pots because snakes would stir and try to climb out. So the act was unconvincing.
And I didn't like Vilentoni's act with girls and photos. Though the girls were pretty but in so awful black smokes! I thought they will undress later but they didn't, only one girl stripped but it would be better for her not to do it, as she was fat... Nemetov performed this act better. Uri has found this act "very entertaining", I don't know why.
Uri's act with red radish was not bad but I didn't understand what flowers were doing on the stage. I liked more the dramatic moment close to the end when Uri had chosen a contestant who will leave the show and when he embraced the poor Nefesch which was almost crying. It really looked impressive.

Pyrokinesis - King of Fire
Today I have watched some very interesting videos about one psychic from Kazakstan and have read a big discussion about the videos. This man could become "The Next Uri Geller"! He can heat and burn by hand using mantras GLIM and IM.
Of course it could be a trick. At the same time, this man explaines in detailes how he learned to do it, how all this works, about energy ball, etc. He is very convincing and has a lot of clients. So the things could be real and at least deserve attention and observation.

Intrique
I have got one great idea for The Next Uri Geller!
This idea can work for a second or a third season of the show when public already begins to be bored.
I offer to intrique viewers!
To mix real maguses, mentalists and (not well-known, of course)
illusionists, and make viewers guess what they see: a trick, mental
magic or a real miracle. They will call and write to studio to give an
answer and will get prizes for correct answers. Every time a host will
explain which of previous acts were tricks, reveal and show how they
were made.
It is also possible that one contestant rotates real miracles which he
can do with tricks, and viewers must guess.
Realization of the idea will increase interest to the show and ratings.
This idea can work for a second or a third season of the show when public already begins to be bored.

De Nieuwe Uri Geller Finale March 6
Amazing, memorable perfomance which made me cry. Everything was excellent.
Charming Tooske and cheerful Uri which were involved into the best acts, fascinating mentalists and of course Patty.
Awesome Mask revealing. Great finale of great show.
Yelle is a winner. De Nieuwe Uri Geller.
I am very happy - Yelle & Ghani were my favourite since the very beginning (why recently they didn't mention Ghani? The couple won, not just Yelle).
Yelle is a young, very pretty girl, and all her acts were beautiful, with lovely music.
At the same time The Mask impressed me very much during finale, with a great act ("Precious objects") and with impressive revealing.
So it was Hayashi! He deserved victory too.
The act where he involved Patty, Tooske and Uri was fantastic. Tooske screamed and rebounded so prettily, and Uri it seems was ready to hide under table together with Patty when The Mask came close with a hammer to crash the box.:)
I also liked both Vincent's acts. The first (Blood Transfusion) where he tasted blood and guessed which is it, even group and rhesus) was a little drawn.
Second act was really funny because Uri proved to be a "vampire" with glowing hands who "touched" Patty. Uri smiled and said:"If I did anything it was out of body experience".
Yelle & Ghani's acts were romantic and beautiful though during the first ("Melting ice") where she was melting ice mentally I didn't like smoke from her hands - it made me think maybe she uses chemistry and it is just a trick. Though I believe Yelle is a real mentalist. And in the end she is the first female "Uri Geller"!

And I also was happy to learn that ratings of the Dutch show and finale were really high. Hope to see new great shows with Uri Geller!

Jan Becker is the Next Uri Geller!
I am a little upset. Of course Jan Becker is a strong mentalist but I liked Ully Loup more... His act with electricity in final was not bad.
Just hope that Dutch show will not disappoint me with results.

De Nieuwe Uri Geller February 27
Dutch show. Semi-Final.
Good.
It seems Tooske has found her style and looked very nice. I don't know how I will live without her?:)
Most of all I liked 2 acts - Jochem ("Animal Farm", with a farmer, his "wife" and a lamb № 14 Scott Dennis) and Yelle & Ghani - Water & Whispers (whisper into glass and watertank).
The both acts were original, beautiful, memorable.
Jochem's act was also funny and I even have no ideas how it could be done, it's a mystery for me. Jochem returned my sympathy but... went out.
As for Yelle's there could be a mic in a neck of the glass. Or she just hears very well.
Reinder's act with knives - I liked it not too much because don't believe in the bandages. I suppose he could see everything.
The Mask - it was not interesting for me to watch the paper cylinders again, I only enjoyed the very end of the act when the blonde woman went to help Patty and risked her hand. It was movingly.
Vincent - Well, I liked his new grey-haired look, white dresses and eye-catching appearance in a hearse. As for the act it reminded me doctor Victor's acts with the assays. But I would really prefer doctor Victor.
Uri's act with moving tables. Not bad, I liked the moment when the table was canted.

The Next Uri Geller February 24
German show - semi final.
Not bad. Most of all I liked act of Manuel Horeth - "Filmexperiment". Manuel looked great in his costume and so confident, charming, a real film director.:) And the act was excellent. I liked fantastic background with a rolling film and happy shouts of audience in the end. I don't know how the act could be done - was it hypnosis or something else, I can't explain it. Did he really influence people, predicted their answers, or was it miracle of enginery?
Ully Loup - Out of body (sculpture).
It seems his out-of-body trip was not successful as Ully couldn't immediately say what is it and model the car which the girl (Alexandra) had chosen and put into the black box. :) And he had to read her mind or something like this.
I liked her walk and how they showed it in the meantime with Ully's face.
As for other acts I didn't like them much.
Jan Becker read mind of Alex and wrote a poem. It was a little boring, he made mistakes, some detailes were irrelevant. Though maybe he really read her mind? I was more surprised and impressed by Uri's reaction, he looked shocked. I wonder why? Even if all this was true the act didn't shock me.
Jan Rouven - Burning Man. (4 canisters, 3 with easily flammable gasoline, 1 with water, 3 scarecrows and Jan which are poured by celebs.)
I have seen already something like this in Dutch show, it was boring to watch it again, especially because there were almost no action, no stress, just a lot of talks. Alexandra looked disinterested too. I understand why Jan is out. I expected more from him.
Hope that Ully Loup or Manuel will win next week.

De Nieuwe Uri Geller February 20
Dutch show. Nice.
Though there were no act which would make me cry or scream. Only one which made smile - it was Victor's act. Sorry that he is out.
Tooske was very beautiful, and Uri looked well, I especially liked his laugh. Usually he is too serious and at first I even thought he doesn't have a sense of humour.
Most of all I liked Doctor Victor's act which made a fat Patty do physical exercises, tests and predicted results. It was really funny, especially the exercises with a red ball.:)
Reinder - Spiritual mind joining - act with coloured sand, Ferry and Belle. Ferry made a wish what Belly should do - sit on his lap, say "You're nice" and kiss him. And Reinder put this wish into her head. Good act, sand and music were beautiful. And it really worked.
The Mask - Bed of Death (falling swords).
I have seen this act in German show but still liked this one. Good idea with a shield which Uri offered to the girl to protect her. Cool game with masks in the beginning. And it was a great incident when some people run to the stage to unmask the performer.:)
Vincent Vampire - Newborn, he guessed a sign burnt on his head.
I really enjoyed the beginning when Uri gave Vincent garlic to check if he is a real vampire or not.:) And put the garlic near on the table. But I suppose Uri should take the garlic away after Vincent's act or he was afraid that other contestants could be vampires too?:)))
As for Vincent's act I didn't like it much. The dirt on his eyes, all the self-tortures... I felt most part just pity to the performer.
Jochem - Carnival
Act with confetti. He asked celebrities to draw a carnival's symbol, grind up the paper, and in the end of the act the symbol was figured on the floor. The idea was not bad but there were not enough scenery to create an atmosphere and mood of carnival. Maybe some dancers in masks would help... It is strange because Jochem's scenery was excellent before. Here stage looked almost empty, just too much paper falling from above, and as Uri said it was necessary to clean the stage after the act.:)
Ghani & Yelle
I like the couple but not this time. At first Yelle didn't think about her hairstyle, dress, make-up. And all the arrows which the poor girl had to catch... Besides this it was too dark on the stage. The act could be not bad if she would deflect the arrows by her mental power instead of catching them. Uri gave them immunity - ok, maybe next time they will show something more interesting and exciting. Audience really adore them.

Jan Rouven - "Nervenprobe" - act with paper cylinders and knives. I have seen the act before but it was not bad. Nasty Jan made a man - celebrity risk his hand:)

Jan Becker - Psychometrie - he was going "to sense the energetic trace of fingerprints" - asked celebrities to give him rings, other small items and told something about them.
Waayatan - shaman, act with fire and runes. Celebrity had chosen a rune and he figured it by fire. Well, nice, beautiful, not more. He is out.

De Nieuwe Uri Geller February 13
Dutch show in the mystical date - Friday, 13
Well, not bad, though in general it became a little boring for me. Maybe just for me because as far as I know ratings yesterday were good.
Tooske was nice, I like her dresses with open arms.
As for the acts, most of all I was impressed by Victor - "doctor Victor" which could "read" forethought words by heartbeating, breathing, eyes, etc. I really liked his sick-room and a big screen with eye. It seems to me I understood the moment with eyes - when Eliza said 2 first words she winkled 2 times, when the word "noodlot" - 1, so he could understand it by this change and maybe there was change of her pupil as well.
Eliza is very beautiful girl and I liked camera work, her close up.
Uri said: "Very well done, quite unusual, it didn't blow me away but it was fascinating to me. Good job, doctor". I can say the same. Victor is my new favourite of the show. He is very handsome and charismatic.
Jochem didn't impress me much this time, I absolutely agree with Uri again that something was missing, and the act was not very interesting. Though it looked very beautiful and romantic in the beginning - a date with a pretty girl which he was going to "seduce" at Valentine's Day with candles, her favourite music, drinks, etc. But all the things after ("heartlets" with worms, fire, ice) didn't look essential for the date and obviously couldn't help Jochem to seduce the girl.:)
Michel - "mental detective" showed not bad act - again work with a "witness" which guessed detailes of crime (steal of purse). The act was nice but to show the same again and again - it really becomes boring, and I am glad that Michel is out.
The Mask
I don't believe that Uri Geller did this again - he stopped the act which looked "deadly"!
Uri, what are you doing???!!! When you visit circus you also stop perfomance there? Or these 2 guys (Jan Rouven in German show and The Mask in Dutch) didn't prepare acts and you covered them? And why have you invited Hayashi which showed really dangerous and deadly act with swords and cucumberes???!!! Why didnt' you stop him? It seems to me that Bety's hand was hurted! And obviously she was very scared.
Some words about Hayashi - in the end, I understood where Fugu took "samurai"'s image. Not bad, but can't say that I was much impressed.
Uri Geller's Act
- he sent audience telepathic message with 1 item of 5 which represent Holland. Very good, beautiful act and I even cried that I was right! Yes, windmill! But later I began to think how I got the image, I understood that it was a windmill at the moment when Uri was painting it, BEFORE he sent the mental message. So it could be intuition, not telepathy. As for audience, they could simply guess. I hope next time the task will be more complex.

It seems to me I understood the moment with eyes - when Eliza said 2 first words she winkled 2 times, when the word "noodlot" - 1, so he could understand it by this change and maybe there was change of her pupil as well.
Eliza is very beautiful girl and I liked camera work, her close up.
Uri said: "Very well done, quite unusual, it didn't blow me away but it was fascinating to me. Good job, doctor". I can say the same. Victor is my new favourite of the show. He is very handsome and charismatic.
Jochem didn't impress me much this time, I absolutely agree with Uri again that something was missing, and the act was not very interesting. Though it looked very beautiful and romantic in the beginning - a date with a pretty girl which he was going to "seduce" at Valentine's Day with candles, her favourite music, drinks, etc. But all the things after ("heartlets" with worms, fire, ice) didn't look essential for the date and obviously couldn't help Jochem to seduce the girl.:)
Michel - "mental detective" showed not bad act - again work with a "witness" which guessed detailes of crime (steal of purse). The act was nice but to show the same again and again - it really becomes boring, and I am glad that Michel is out.
The Mask
I don't believe that Uri Geller did this again - he stopped the act which looked "deadly"!
Uri, what are you doing???!!! When you visit circus you also stop perfomance there? Or these 2 guys (Jan Rouven in German show and The Mask in Dutch) didn't prepare acts and you covered them? And why have you invited Hayashi which showed really dangerous and deadly act with swords and cucumberes???!!! Why didnt' you stop him? It seems to me that Bety's hand was hurted! And obviously she was very scared.
Some words about Hayashi - in the end, I understood where Fugu took "samurai"'s image. Not bad, but can't say that I was much impressed.
Uri Geller's Act
- he sent audience telepathic message with 1 item of 5 which represent Holland. Very good, beautiful act and I even cried that I was right! Yes, windmill! But later I began to think how I got the image, I understood that it was a windmill at the moment when Uri was painting it, BEFORE he sent the mental message. So it could be intuition, not telepathy. As for audience, they could simply guess. I hope next time the task will be more complex.

The Next Uri Geller February 10
German show. Very nice.
I enjoyed most acts.
The best, to my mind, was Waayatan - "King of Shadows" who guessed by shadow what weapon a person keeps (knife, revolver, ax, etc.) The act was impressive in spite of mistakes - staging, music, and the mentalist looked great.
Second good act - Daniel & Gabriel
"Mentales Rendevous"
It was about the same perfomance like Jochem's in a Dutch show but new creative ideas (with photos and especially twins) made it still interesting for me.
Jan Becker which had found in audience a person with a photo was also strong. And I liked all people in masks. It was original.
As for acts which I liked not so much,
Ully Loup was great like usual with his big eyes but I didn't like the small items.
Manuel Horeth

It's a pity I didn't hear the music in the end. And it would be nice to add more dynamism. A little boring.

He was going to show something dangerous and interesting, but Uri... stopped the act. Still don't believe that it could happen. Maybe Uri was right, I don't know, but I am sorry about Jan because for me he was one of the best and I expected him to win the show...

The Next Uri Geller February 3
German show.
Not bad.
Though I was impressed more by charisma of celebrities - 2 pretty blondes and an old imposing man - than by contestants (except Amila). But I liked all acts.
Waayatan - "dangerous path". I have watched this act before but liked this version more. At first - jolly blondes which set barriers. Music (drum) was very good and together with fires created an aura of something wild and primal. Though I suppose he could watch everything from under bandage, so at first I didn't worry but when he had to step scorpions... yes, it was something special.
Daniel and Gabriel - painting at 2 boards. In the beginning I thought maybe they have a code signal, and one informes another about a shape which a girl drew so it could be not telepathy at all. But last task (the sun with clouds and rain) was more complex, and I am not sure how they did this. I liked his hesitation even if it was acting.
Manuel Horeth - act with a girl on a chair and a book with flowers. I didn't understand exactly what it was about but the girl, the book and flowers were very nice.:)
Amila
Child's game - "Guess what hand?". But Amila is so charming that it was affecting. In spite of her mistakes in the end. Amila's image is so sexy that makes me think maybe she really danced stripping in her youth? Though I can't call her a good mentalist and don't think she could be "the next Uri Geller" but she obviously adorned the show. Amila is out. Ok, it was her time.

The Best of The Next
I have an idea - it would be great to release the best acts from all The next Uri Geller shows on DVD! I mean an "international edition" with best acts from all Uri's shows (Phenomenon, Successor, The next Uri Geller) including Dutch, American and Israeli acts, with translation into English and with this promo trailer in the beginning (directed by Adam Sanderson.)
Maybe some DVDs.

The Next Uri Geller January 27
German show.
Not bad.
All contestants were great, very bright and charismatic. Only Uri looked not very well, like on funeral.:) Not sure was he tired, sick or something really had happened.
Most of all I liked risky act of Jan Rouven with falling swords. Though it was too dragged out (he explained too long to the girl what she should do). Jan's image was awesome, he reminded me Dima Bilan, our pop star, the winner of Eurovision 2008. It's a pity camera's work was not very good here, it was difficult to see the swords. It was necessary to shoot Jan from above + falling swords from below + give the swords close up + repeat like they falling slowly.
Danny Ocean - I was not much impressed by the act with matches and pendulum because have seen it before. Though it was not bad, Danny did everything right, and audience was happy to see him.
Ully Loup - I liked Ully but not his act, I would prefer something more risky or complex from him.
Amila - she was great in the red dress and I enjoyed her acting - she looked at the tank so fatefully like really believed she will sink there soon.:) And music was very proper too. In the end her "concentration" worked but there were no big difference with previous time.:) I also didn't like that the tank was already filled with water when she got into it and that water took rise so fast, it makes the act too short and not stressful enough. I'd like to enjoy this pleasure longer.:)

De Nieuwe Uri Geller January 23
Dutch show again.
This one I enjoyed not so much like previous - of course it was not bad and still interesting. I mean there were no acts which would really amaze me and I can't call any contestant to be my favourite. Though most of all I liked Robert and Victor.
I liked when they showed newspapers' articles about show and funny video with a cat which is a copy of mine.:) And when Uri told about Vincent-Vampire and hundreds of viewers which protect him.:) I think it is true. All this proves the show has success in both countries.
Now, about the acts.
Robert
Last time he showed an act with a fire and this time fire again. 6 boxes in one of which a man hides. Bones were original supplement. Quite impressive.
Peter & Ronald
I didn't like the act. Not the "moo" (it seems they vocalaized mantra but it sounded too funny). Not Rebekka, a fat woman which assisted them. Though she sang well but couldn't they find a pretty young girl for the act. Glad they left the show.
Reinder
Last time he walked on his hands through glasses. This time again something like this, not sure, was it a coal or what. In any case I liked the act not very much. It was too short and too hard and painful for him. This obviously was not a demonstration of paranormal abilities. If he would dance there for 2 minutes and would smile and joke after it, maybe...
Victor
Healer (last time). This time a "medical act" again. One of the best during this show. Not sure if it really was out-of-body experience (he could just read mind of the girl about things in the box) but it looked great. The injection. How he was laying and how they showed it. The digits on the screen. The woman with a water. Everything looked great, the act was dramatic and beautiful. Nothing needless.
Yelle & Ghani
Psychokinesis. Feather on the hand. Not bad, but I waited more from them... Beautiful music. I liked very much the frizzly celebrity girl, she reminded me Sigourney Weaver.
Now, some words about comperes.

I'd advise her to change dress and not to use this hairstyle - ears stick out.:)
Uri
He looked a little tired today, it immediately takes toll on the face. Obviously needs a better visagiste before every show + visit to a beauty doctor. Good creams every day, maybe injection of botox can make real miracles.
His act with compass was not new but good. I felt a strong energy from the screen. It was very tasty.:)

The next Uri Geller January 20
The German show became much better, more dynamic and comprehensible. I liked all acts.
As for contestants most of all I liked Aaron Crow - really charismatic. Great costume.
I enjoyed his act with an apple, arrow and a ring. Very beautiful, nothing needless.
Besides Aaron I want to mention Gabriel and Daniel.
The act was simple but very nice. I know that these things really exist. Not long time ago I played myself in metro like this making passangers move their hands.:))) Background with faces was also very good.
Manuel Horeth - not original act with a phone book but well done.
Amila - Near drowning in a water tank.
She had to guess a four-figure code which would enable her to get out. But she could only get two of the numbers right – not enough to open the lock.
As the clock ticked down, she thrashed around and was completely under the water for about 25 seconds.
Millions of viewers saw an assistant rush onstage with bolt cutters to snap open the chains that kept Amila captive.
Amila was voted and got through to the next round of show despite her evident failure to perform the trick.
Very nice - I just have written some days ago about escape from a water tank and that the show needs incidents - and here they are - an incident with a water tank. It seems my thoughts materialize with the velocity of light.:)

Act The Mask
It seems there was something special in this act as I still can't get it out of my head. I think was it possible to make it better? Maybe to take not the figurine (or another one) but, for example, a beautiful vase? And of course the Mask should at first tell a story of this thing BEFORE putting it into the box, at first make the woman and viewers cry. It this case he could break not just a thing but happy memories, and viewers would feel with it. And in the end of the act he could tell the woman some phrases about her future.
